Avocado face mask
This is so simple yet super effective!
You will need:
Half of a soft avocado
A heaped spoon of powdered oats
Combine both of the ingredients in a bowl and apply onto a clean face. You ideally need to leave this, undisturbed for a minimum of 15 minutes. If possible, leave it until it dries.

Vitamin A Heals peeling skin, essential to cell health and functioning
When you wash it off, use circular motions to further help the exfoliation and get rid of any dead skin cells, revealing a brighter complexion. Don’t use soap.
I love to use this one when my skin feels dull. My skin always feels lovely and fresh afterwards!
