Want to know a secret? Every time I do this hairstyle, people ask me how on earth I have done it. It is actually my go to hairstyle for second day hair, or for when I simply cannot be bothered to do much to it!
Here is how you can achieve this easy yet elegant hair-do!
First up, comb your hair to be sure it is de-tangled. Then part from front to back. I change mine up all of the time, sometimes parting on a side part and others down the centre.
Then you want to create a french plait / braid on either side. Be sure to keep the french plait / braid as close to the nape of the neck as possible, before you start on the length of the hair. Tie off the plaits / braids with tiny elastics.
You should then gather both plaits / braids and twist them into a bun or chignon, securing with hair grips. If you want to dress this up a bit, you can add a nice bow or flower!
Super quick and simple – ideal for the party season !! 🙂
